We are pleased to announce Big Greg as this weeks Spotlight Artist. He will be performing during the and African American on the Move Book Club Awards and 1st Annual Metador Music Mashup at THE ART & SOUL FESTIVAL in Charlotte, NC on June 18, 2016. We asked him what he aims to do with music, and where he wants it to bring him. He told us “I always felt music was therapy so when I create music, I aim to capture different images of life. If it’s a love track, I try to tell about my experiences or if it’s as simple as a club track, I attempt to create something to make people want to dance to forget about any issues they may have in life. I just like any other artist would like to see myself as one of the greats in Hip Hop in which I know takes allot of work and for that reason, I know that its a matter of when before I reap all of the benefits of my work ethic. I work very hard at my craft.”
